      <description>Hi,
Your ISP is "blowing smoke" as it is possible to have a Validated Dynamic site.I will give an example at the end of the post, it will surprise you.First start with the easiest DTD and declare the page to be HTML 4.01 Transitional; that will reduce the possible places for error to their lowest. Understand that in validating a page one error can translateinto seven or eight messages. Fixing one thing can significantly lower the error count. You could save a static image of a page locally and find the errors with the validator to learn where to make changes. Ther are sites with tutorials on how to validate sites that use JavaScript, PHP, CGI, even Flash. So, your ISP's excuse is lame.
Now, for the proof:
http://www.pch.com/
is a dynamic website that is valid XHTML! Yes, that is Publishers Clearing House. Go to the bottom of any page and see the validations.
Peace,
