The html validator and your storefront

Went to get my webshop validated at www.w3.org and it got 93 errors and 56 warnings, told my web hosting providers 'stores online' about it and they said :

"Validator uses Standards applicable for Static Websites. The Storefront is a Dynamic Website. All of our other Merchants uses the same Template and their Websites are working fine. You need not worry about the Report that you received".

Does this make sense? Still gonna have the errors no matter, is there anyway around this ? Does anyone know ?
