Stretch a word

I would like to have my product brand word to be stretched to resemble the elastic property of the product. The word is SINATAO How can I do it? I am not in the graphics business, and I would appreciate some help.

I know photoshop cs has tool under the menu bar "Window" > Character > Fonts . See attached. Also, maybe you can search on internet for "stretched fonts"
