how to create php file and save as register php?

Hi!
Create in any of text editor's new file and then click File -> Save as. In area "type of document" select "All files" and save it as register.php

Hi,
I don't think you got exactly the answer you needed as PHP is embedded with in the HTML. What I would suggest is trying a copy of First Page 2006 by EvrSoft as it will do all sorts of conversions including PHP. Free downloads available and seems to work decently, Iwrite from scratch with text editors but I have the aforementioned program on my machine to play with.
