If you want to send an email with video and pictures embedded you'll first have to have them hosted on the web somewhere. If video is at youtube.com, they will provide you the link automatically. Just cut/copy and paste embed html into your email. You will need to set your email program while in compose mode to "html format" The best way I'd do this would be to find a free html editor /page maker and first create html email message with pictures and video, then just cut and past the html code into your email program. of course, send a test to yourself and a few friends to make sure it looks right in different email programs.
