DESCRIPTION/SPECIFICATION/ WORK STATEMENT
STATEMENT OF WORK
The purpose of this contract is to provide administrative support services for various federal offices within the Savannah River Operations Office (SR) complex. The Seller will have the ability to recruit and assign sufficient management and support personnel to insure the accomplishment of all administrative, performance, and reporting requirements. The contract will include a Project Manager (PM) and Site Supervisor(s) as well as sufficient support as well as sufficient support staff (i.e, administrative, program/system development, etc) to accomplish all work under this contract.
This assignment of specific functions to performed or issues to be analyzed will be coordinated, in writing, between the buyer and the Project Manager. A monthly report documenting the performance under this contract will be required if requested by the buyer. This monthly report and the task monitors assessment of the work accomplished will be used as a basis for determining any performance based fee payment.
C.1 EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLY SERVICES
The Seller shall provide, receive and deliver to the seller equipment and supplies; receive, inspect, inventory, label/tag, and deliver procured materials, equipment and locally purchased office supplies; collect and store unused CDMS equipment. The Seller shall also maintain accountability of buyer property designated as belonging to the ?Conference Room? and maintain custody of equipment housed in storage area behind 703-41A conference rooms.
The Seller shall receive furniture and office equipment as a warehouse and maintain appropriate inventory level in accordance with furniture warehouse procedures.
The Seller shall perform the duties of field property administrators (FPA) per Savannah River Company Property Procedure Manual 3B and plan, supervise, and conduct a completed, annual physical inventory of all property listed in the buyer?s FPA Accountant.
The Seller shall maintain a computer database and appropriate accountability for documents
Detailing inventories, status, and location of all accountant Property; identify excess a accountant property; and reconcile buyer?s purchase requisitions against the excess list.
The Seller shall manage maintenance agreements on to-be-specified buyer equipment to include, but not limited to, the preparation of purchase requisitions for items that require a maintenance agreement; arrange for badging and escorting of maintenance personnel, verification of equipment covered by maintenance agreements; and removal of excess and lost items from maintenance contracts. Theses procedures shall be accomplished in accordance with Property Manual 2B referred to above.
C2. CONFERENCE ROOM MANAGEMENT SERVICES
The Seller shall provide conference room management services support to include, but not limited to, scheduling of meeting and conference rooms; serving as the focal point of coordinate user requirements for room layout, furniture, catering support and equipment requirements (including audio-visual equipment), coordinating room set-up; and arrangement of conference room facilities. Services provide herewith must be accomplished in a workmanlike manner and liaison with users must be conducted pleasantly.
C.3 OFFICE SERVICES
The Seller shall provide general site support including, but not limited to, maintaining data bases, prioritize, schedule and perform work such as office and furniture moves, minor furniture repair, hanging pictures, etc; operate buyer-furnished vehicles to transport furniture and office equipment (onsite and within the local area). In some instances, the Seller shall also prepare purchase requisitions for office furnishings, material handling equipment, and miscellaneous items as well as assist all buyers in the movement of boxes, supplies, and /or equipment.
