Js script for pull down menu

Hi,
I would find the way to have a menu over an inline frame like on http://www.cnettv.com/?tag=hd_ts (on the top is an odinary menu, then, next line the cnet logo, and then there is a menu .. Home Product Videos... ... I would have the same effect. It seems that the window with the Video is in a Frame ... but I find no way to drop down a window OVER a frame ... my menus drops all down, but behind the frame and the content is not visible).

Can you help me to resolve this issue?

And: I am seeking for a good flash programmer who is ready for a partnership to create a program...
