Your queston is a little too concise for me. I think your trying to ask if you can use mailto: as part of an include and/or a standard footer?

Yes. The include command will be language (eg. .asp etc) or server dependent or something similar. In FrontPage 2002 there is a include command that is not dependent on the Front Page Server Extensions. I believe it does the includes on the editor. Other includes are dependent upon how the server processes the html or .asp or .aspx or .php pages.
