what are NFS 2005:6 and NFS 2007:5 carbon dioxide ?

My website designer has not completed the website to my satisfaction which he was paid for.

After a heated discussion about his requiring more money for a service agreement in order to finish the site, I terminated him.

I asked him to send me my files and he has taken the liberty (immediately after our conversation ended) of taking the site down. He does not own the hosting account.

Is he legally able to do this?

im having a party next saturday, first everything was fine until we came to the money crisis. we've got a good place to go now but.. i didnt get to choose who i wanted to invite. the boy i really like at school is expecting an invite but what can i do cause everytime i ask its always "wait, we'll see" what to do?

I have a old DIsney poster dating 1954 Published by O.S.P. publishing as owner of ther poster is it legal to copy and clean up the artwork and print on a poster board or canvas with a frame and sell it though my company as art work.

I would like to know why your site, Cityinsider.net, uses photos without first asking for permission???
My photos are "all rights reserved" and I see many of them used on your site. I would like them removed, or pay me a licensing fee.
